Neuro-Tip of the Week
In 2010, Yale researchers discovered a unique electric field surrounding the brain. It appears to be a by-product of neural activity, and an actual force that helps to regulate different functions in the brain. Scientific American compared this phenomenon to how a “cloud of enthusiasm that envelops a cheering crowd at a sports stadium encourages the crowd to keep cheering.” However i only works when you hear and see others.
Our advice: Make sure that everyone on your team generates a feeling of enthusiasm about work and solving the problems we must all face.
